Job summary

MLC, headquartered in St. Louis, MO, is a leading global supplier of high-calcium lime products and technical solutions. The Process Technician plays a key role in safely manufacturing, handling, and loading lime slurry products while supporting plant operations and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include loading shipments, operating plant machinery, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. The role offers significant development opportunities within a growing, global organization

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work overtime, holidays, and respond to call-ins as plant operations require.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders and work at heights.
• Ability to perform general maintenance activities and operate industrial equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload lime slurry and pneumatic tanker products for customer shipments.
• Wash, inspect, and prepare liquid tankers for loading operations.
• Operate plant machinery, mobile equipment, and production systems.
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Support equipment maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects.
• Initiate maintenance requests and assist with equipment troubleshooting.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and comply with all safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize plant efficiency, production, and reliability.

About the Job
