Job summary

Commercial Metals Company is seeking an experienced production/plant manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations and lead cross-functional teams in Dunn, NC. You will drive equipment uptime, safety compliance, and cost reductions while upholding quality standards across precast concrete production lines.

The role requires 5+ years in plant/manufacturing management and a strong track record in leadership, communication, and problem-solving within a production environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in plant or manufacturing management.
• 5+ years of experience in precast concrete production.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform standard mathematic skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and uptime.
• Develop and monitor budgets, controlling expenses and driving cost reductions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards to guarantee product excellence.
• Manage and lead production teams to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
