Sanmina Corporation in Newark, California seeks a Plant Manager to lead the machining/assembly facility on‑site. The role drives profitability, customer satisfaction and flawless execution across Quality, Engineering, Production, Materials and Purchasing.

You will manage operations, build a high‑performing team, and influence both short‑term results and long‑term strategic goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive plant management experience in machining/metals.
• 8+ years in operational roles for machining/engineering operations with key customer relationships in semiconductor capital equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operational Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven track record of profitability, growth and customer satisfaction with flawless execution.
• Strong leadership, communication and financial (P&L) skills with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities, directing and coordinating actions across the organization.
• Develop, motivate and lead a high-performance management team with direct reports in Quality, Engineering, Production, Materials and Purchasing.
• Direct operations to ensure excellence in quality, cost, delivery and other performance metrics.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and strong customer relations with personal involvement and leadership.
• Meet or exceed financial commitments including growth, profitability, working capital and predictability.
