Job summary

You will oversee manufacturing, process engineering, quality, NPI, and customer relationships, aligning asset performance with growth opportunities while fostering a culture of accountability and disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing or technical/business field.
• 10–15+ years of leadership in large manufacturing facilities, preferably EMS.
• Strong experience with MRP/ERP, capacity planning, and NPI processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant P&L, budgets, and cost management to ensure profitability.
• Lead a multi-functional management team to hit weekly targets and strategic goals.
• Provide senior leadership for manufacturing, process engineering, and quality teams.
• Drive NPI programs, customer proposals, and scale operations for new business.
• Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.
