Responsibilities

• Oversee daily machining and integration facility operations.
• Lead plant management team including Quality, Engineering, Production, Materials and Purchasing.
• Direct operations to achieve quality, cost, delivery and KPI targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and strong customer relations.
• Meet or exceed financial commitments including growth and profitability.
