• Full responsibility for the plant's P&L and overall plant performance.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Supply chain, Finance, EHS and HR to meet objectives.
• Lead safe manufacturing culture and drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
