Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Experience in supporting manufacturing processes in industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, Lean, and operational excellence.
• Working knowledge of statistical analysis and process control tools.
• Proven problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and document metallurgical and manufacturing processes to ensure quality and safety.
• Provide daily engineering support for furnace rooms, chemical plants, blending, and screening areas.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and process-related issues to minimize downtime and defects.
• Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
