Job summary

MAHLE is seeking a Health, Safety and Environmental Supervisor to coordinate HSE activities at the Murfreesboro, TN site, ensuring ISO alignment and OSHA compliance. Lead a team of HSE reps and drive incident investigations with corrective actions.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years’ experience; CSP/CIH preferred. Relocation for local US candidates and a sign-on bonus are offered. Onsite schedule with relocation potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Health/Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations.
• Broad understanding of federal, state, and local health, safety, and environmental laws.
• CSP and/or CIH certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Health, Safety and Environmental efforts for the plant.
• Ensure HSE policies comply with OSHA and regulations.
• Manage environmental programs and SDS logs.
• Lead ISO-related activities and internal audits.
• Provide training on site safety practices and chemical handling.
• Inspect facilities for hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Organize ergonomic assessments and job hazard analyses.
