Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Launch Manager at the Sterling Heights Assembly Plant to lead all plant launch activities, aligning SIS and WIP to deliver programs safely, on time, and within budget.

You will own end-to-end launch readiness, coordinating Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering while guiding both salaried and represented teams through high-pressure conditions and complex change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years in operations management in high-volume manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Background in Quality and Engineering Management is preferred.
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and communicate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all launch activities for Sterling Heights Assembly Plant and ensure SOP readiness.
• Drive execution using SIS standards and WIP cross-functional alignment.
• Deliver program milestones on time and within budget.
• Coordinate Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to hit launch targets.
• Lead launch war rooms and close critical issues and risks.
• Ensure process validation, quality readiness, and workforce preparedness.
• Communicate launch status, risks, and recovery plans to leadership.
• Provide leadership and accountability across all levels of the organization.
• Coach and develop teams and foster a high-performance culture.
• Build strong relationships with plant leadership, workforce, and key stakeholders.
