Job summary

Roseburg Forest Products is seeking an IT Operations Technician II to provide frontline IT infrastructure support at its production facilities. The role collaborates with customers and virtual teams to deploy and maintain servers, networks, PLCs, HMIs, and client systems that impact mill operations.

You will troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, mentor junior technicians, and help lead capital improvement projects as needed. Travel to other plants may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent practical experience in IT or engineering.
• Four years of Windows workstation and server administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot site IT Infrastructure solutions including servers and networking equipment.
• Provide advanced technical support for end-user devices and plant systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation and provide training for plant personnel.
