Job summary

CHEP USA is seeking a proactive HSE-focused professional to monitor safety practices on the production floor and lead safety initiatives across the plant. You will promote a culture of safety, participate in hazard investigations, and ensure compliance with environmental standards.

You will coordinate with regional safety specialists, conduct new-hire orientations, and maintain rigorous safety documentation to support continuous improvement and a strong safety program.

Qualifications

• Facilitate and support training and development to meet HSE standards.
• Conduct safety orientations and walkthroughs for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production floor activities to ensure CHEP safety guidelines are followed.
• Lead safety initiatives and track performance for reporting to leadership.
• Conduct hazard investigations and develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with Regional HSE Specialist on risk identification and actions.
• Lead safety orientations and ongoing training for new hires.
• Maintain safety documentation and drive continuous improvement.
