Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a hands-on HR Specialist to support hourly manufacturing employees and leaders in a fast-paced plant environment. You will own day-to-day HR operations, focusing on employee relations, onboarding, attendance and leave administration, and compliance.

This role requires strong partnership with production supervisors to meet staffing and safety goals and to drive a positive, inclusive workplace culture across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with hourly manufacturing employees and front-line supervisors.
• Experience managing HR operations: onboarding, lifecycle, HRIS, and compliance.
• Experience supporting employee relations and applying HR policies/regulations.
• Experience administering FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' comp, and attendance programs.
• Experience leading HR process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Experience developing HR policies and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for hourly manufacturing employees, supervisors, and managers.
• Respond to questions on policies, benefits, payroll, attendance, leave and other HR matters.
• Support supervisors with employee relations issues, coaching, and performance management.
• Conduct and document workplace investigations with HR leadership.
• Promote a positive, safety-focused workplace culture.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire orientation for manufacturing roles.
• Administer attendance and leave programs and maintain HR records.
• Assist with HR reporting and workforce metrics.
