Job summary

You will manage recruitment activities, onboarding, payroll processing and employee records to ensure timely, compliant HR services at the site. Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in HR or related field with 1–3 years of experience, strong MS Office and HRIS skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with hourly staff and management.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business or Psychology or equivalent, or one to three years related experience.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings, resumes review, phone screens and reference checks.
• Process hourly new hires and terminations, onboarding support and exit interviews.
• Prepare payroll data and bi-weekly payroll processing with appropriate approvals.
• Maintain accurate employee files and confidentiality.
• Administer HR programs, benefits, safety policies and training.
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR programs and procedures.
• Maintain and process personnel action forms for hourly staff.
