Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Plant Human Resources Manager to oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance and training at the plant level. The role involves payroll, compensation, safety programs, and benefits administration, working closely with the Plant Manager and leadership team.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of HR management experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, retention, onboarding and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance, training, payroll and benefits administration.
• Develop and administer HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and reporting; assist with worker compensation and safety programs.
• Partner with Plant Leadership to align HR goals with business needs.
• Coordinate with temporary labor agencies to meet staffing and payroll needs.
