Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of HR leadership in a plant environment.
• Labor relations experience in a unionized plant preferred.
• Strong operations/manufacturing know‑how and business acumen.
• Strategic vision and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an onsite HR team with clear priorities.
• Contribute to plant KPIs, financial performance, and engagement.
• Establish and promote a Safety-First culture across the plant.
• Lead workforce and succession planning for the site.
• Partner with Talent Management and Talent Acquisition on hiring.
• Communicate clearly across the plant with candor and EQ.
• Forecast workforce requirements with leadership and execute plans.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
