Job summary

Tenneco in Athens, AL is seeking a Plant HR Leader to partner with the Plant Manager and functional leaders to drive workforce planning, people engagement, and accountability.

You will contribute to KPIs and help employees with development plans, shaping the culture, and communicating with candor and emotional intelligence to strengthen operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading an HR function in a plant environment.
• Strong operations/manufacturing know-how and business acumen.
• Strategic vision and communication skills.
• Proven experience supporting operational excellence in manufacturing.
