Job summary

Wis-Pak, a leading beverage manufacturer and distributor, is seeking a Human Resource Manager for our Norfolk, NE bottling plant. You will support day-to-day HR needs, partnering with plant leaders and supervisors on employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and engagement initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will drive workforce planning, training, succession, and data analysis to improve turnover, safety, and productivity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field plus 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in manufacturing or CPG environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HR policies and employee-related matters.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and retention activities to meet staffing needs.
• Assist with employee relations investigations and resolve workplace concerns.
• Support performance management processes and employee development activities.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR documentation and reporting.
• Track workforce data and provide recommendations to improve results.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, and communication programs.
• Partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, and other departments to support workforce needs and plant objectives.
• Assist with succession planning and leadership development programs.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned to support the facility and broader HR team.
