Job summary

Wis-Pak, Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Manager for our bottling plant in Norfolk, Nebraska.

You will report to the Senior HR Manager and oversee day-to-day HR needs, supporting employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and engagement initiatives to support plant operations. You will partner with Operations, Safety, and Quality to align workforce needs with plant objectives, drive engagement, and support leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 5+ years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
• Professional certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HR policies and employee-related matters for plant operations.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and retention activities.
• Investigate employee relations issues and resolve concerns.
• Support performance management, employee development, and corrective action.
• Maintain HR compliance and reporting.
• Analyze workforce data and provide improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, and Operations to meet plant goals.
• Assist with succession planning and leadership development.
• Perform other HR duties as assigned.
