Responsibilities

• Plan and direct all HR activities for 2-shift facility with ~400 employees.
• Support and advise management on performance management and employee relations.
• Oversee recruitment and on-boarding of production staff and interns.

Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Education
