McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a Site HR Director for our plant in Irving, TX. You will provide strategic HR leadership, partnering with plant leadership to drive talent, performance, and organizational development.

Responsibilities include leading talent management, labor relations, compensation administration, and organizational change initiatives to align with business goals. MBA or equivalent and 10–15 years HR leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BSc in Human Relations or Business equivalent.
• 10–15 years of progressive plant and business unit HR experience; minimum 5 years in an HR leadership role.
• Interpersonal skills include leadership, communication, influence.
• Experience with employee and labor relations, compensation, recruitment, and talent development.

Responsabilités

• Provides leadership and direction for assigned functions within the business unit.
• Develops programs and systems that enhance organizational capabilities and accelerate business results.
• Leads HR functional strategy implementation: talent, performance, compensation, recruiting, and labor relations.
• Partners with leadership teams to set and execute functional strategy and organizational development.
• Develops direct reports and supports organizational vision and values.
