McCormick & Company, headquartered in Hunt Valley, Maryland, is seeking a Senior Director, Human Relations to lead HR strategy for the assigned function and serve as the primary HR Business Partner to the VP/Senior Leader of their function.

We are looking to hire a Senior Director, Human Relations to join the team based at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The role is hybrid eligible (50% onsite per month).

Position Overview:
Leads the strategic HR direction for the assigned group/function, enabling enterprise priorities while serving as the primary HR Business Partner to the Vice President/Senior Leader of their function or group. Provides end-to-end Human Relations leadership across strategy development and execution. Acts as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders and their teams, designing and implementing programs that advance both short- and long-term business objectives. Accountable for the development and delivery of integrated HR and business plans, including employee and labor relations; talent acquisition and management; leadership coaching and development; performance management; organizational effectiveness and change management; compensation administration and communication; regulatory compliance and risk mitigation; and People Support program identification and execution.
