Tyson Foods Berry Street Plant in Springdale, AR is seeking a Groundskeeper Skilled BG01 (1st Shift) to maintain the plant grounds, operate a certified forklift, and perform weed eating and trimming to keep the property tidy. The role involves lifting up to 70 pounds, outdoor work, and occasional duties as directed by supervision.

Requirements include 1 year of groundskeeping experience, a valid driver's license, and a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in groundskeeping, lawn maintenance, or landscaping.
• Must pass MVR, be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and no DUI/DWI convictions within 12 months.
• Lift up to 70 pounds and handle chemical loading/unloading with SPCC training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the premises of the plant and surrounding grounds.
• Operate forklift with certification; weed eat and trim as needed.
• Empty trash bins and pick up loose trash; follow supervisor directions.
