Job summary

Comprehensive Logistics Inc. (CLI) seeks a dynamic Plant General Manager to lead our inbound-to-manufacturing operations in Duncan, OK. You will oversee all plant functions, drive performance, and align with corporate goals.

The role requires strong P&L ownership, lean practices, and hands-on leadership of a mixed team of salaried and hourly staff. The ideal candidate will have automotive or third-party logistics experience, SAP/WMS proficiency, and a track record in launching and scaling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Materials Management and/or Engineering.
• Minimum five years in an operational logistics/supply chain role.
• Automotive and/or Third-Party Logistics experience preferred.
• ERP/WMS proficiency especially SAP; Lean/Continuous Improvement experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Head of Business Unit.
• Lead a team of salaried and hourly employees.
• Build rapport with current and potential customers; grow the AXVOR brand in the region.
• Oversee P&L responsibilities and develop operations budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across plant operations.
