Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a senior operations leader to manage a paper-to-box conversion facility in Wisconsin. You will drive profitability, safety, and quality while leading continuous improvement initiatives and aligning production with strategic goals.

You will build partnerships with sales and key accounts, oversee budgeting and KPI performance (production efficiency, overhead, profitability, safety), and mentor a team to achieve short- and long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Must have box/corrugator background with paper-to-box conversion experience.
• Strong leadership with budget and financial management.
