Job summary

Cavco Industries, Inc. is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead a manufacturing plant in Wisconsin. You will drive safety, quality, profitability, and continuous improvement while guiding multiple teams to achieve production goals and maintain regulatory compliance.

You will oversee asset protection, financial performance, capital planning, and customer relationships, shaping product mix, pricing, and operations within company policy and values. Relocation assistance may be offered.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in manufacturing or related field.
• Ability to lead multiple teams to meet production goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coach leaders.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall plant operations and direct performance against KPIs.
• Ensure asset protection and internal controls across plant assets.
• Maintain safety and quality as priorities through daily planning and reviews.
• Coordinate with RVP and Compliance on legal matters and recordkeeping.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and profitability to meet/beat plan.
• Develop and coach leaders, foster accountability and continuous improvement.
