Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced General Manager to helm a flagship 60,000 sq. ft. processing and distribution facility in Grand Prairie, TX.

You will have full P&L accountability for a facility generating over $300M in annual revenue and lead a team of 100+ employees with 7–8 direct reports in a servant-leader style. The role demands 10+ years in senior operations leadership, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record in meat/seafood processing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience in GM/Plant/Director roles.
• P&L experience: $50M+; $100M+ preferred.
• Experience in food processing, manufacturing, or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Direct the facility toward aggressive growth and long-range planning.
• Own the plant P&L; identify cost-saving efficiencies and optimize profitability.
• Lead 100+ employees and 7–8 direct reports with a servant-leader approach.
• Oversee day-to-day processing across meat, seafood, grinding, and specialty lines.
• Make high-stakes operational and staffing decisions to maintain peak production.
