The position offers an annual bonus of 30%, based on experience and skills. Full relocation assistance is provided, and for all non-local candidates, interview travel expenses—including airfare and hotel accommodations—will be covered.

Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead all operations within their large, modern, high‑volume pork processing facility in Sioux City, Iowa. This executive‑level leader is responsible for the plant’s overall performance, including safety, production, quality, engineering, maintenance, continuous improvement, labor management, and profitability.

The General Manager will oversee all shift operations, ensure USDA compliance, drive operational excellence, and lead cross‑functional teams to meet production goals, customer specifications, and financial targets. This role requires deep expertise in pork processing and the ability to lead a complex, fast‑paced, USDA‑regulated environment.

This is a mission‑critical leadership role with full ownership of plant performance, culture, and strategic direction.
