Qualifications
10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in a food processing environment.
Experience in SQF HACCP, GMPs, OSHA, and FDA regulations.
Experience with budgets, P&L Statements, and Operational Metrics.
Responsibilities
Lead all plant operations.
Develop and execute all production plans, schedules and labor.
Oversee all inventory.
Analyze KPIs and drive improvements.
Ensure SOPs are followed for all processes and equipment.
