Ashton North LLC is seeking an experienced Plant Manager in Wisconsin with a strong background in paper-to-box conversion and corrugator operations. You will drive profitability, safety, and quality while leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration with sales and operations teams.

The role requires a track record of managing budgets, improving production efficiency, and delivering measurable outcomes in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must have box to box conversion background with corrugator experience.
• Not suitable if background is sheet plant, pulp plant or non-box corrugation.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years progressive management experience.
• Experience with budgeting, financial management, and KPI tracking (production efficiency, overhead, profitability, safety).

Responsibilities

• Drive plant profitability while ensuring safety and quality.
• Develop and implement business plans aligned with company goals.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in line with strategic direction.
• Collaborate with commercial partners to identify growth opportunities and key accounts.
• Oversee plant production improvements to meet short and long-term objectives.
