Job summary

Genie Matthews and Associates is seeking a seasoned plant/operations leader in Wisconsin to drive profitability, safety, and quality in a paper-to-box conversion facility. The role requires a background in box production, corrugator experience, and strong management skills to lead cross-functional teams and supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Business or Engineering and 5+ years of progressive management experience, including 3 years in an industrial segment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive management experience, with at least 3 years in an industry segment management role.
• Operational oversight including budget and financial management.
• Ability to establish and lead goals by example.
• Background in project management with KPI focus on production efficiencies, overhead control, profitability, safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Drive plant profitability while meeting safety and quality requirements.
• Develop and implement business plans aligned with company goals and strategic vision.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with strategic directions.
• Build partnerships with sales and commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and key accounts.
• Oversee production improvements to meet short-term and long-term divisional objectives for optimum efficiency.
