The Plant Manager will oversee and lead plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, service, and cost targets are met. This involves providing strong leadership to the plant team and managing systems, equipment, personnel, and materials according to policies, procedures, and customer requirements. The role reports directly to the Director of Manufacturing, with direct reports typically numbering 4-8. The scope is a small to medium-sized facility with up to 300 employees and moderate complexity.
