Job summary

Perdue Farms, Inc. is seeking a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Program Compliance Supervisor to strengthen food safety and quality across our operations. You will lead audits, ensure certification programs remain in compliance, and support documentation and recordkeeping with a culture of accountability and integrity.

You will collaborate with plant and FSQA teams to drive continuous improvement, manage external audits, and act as a backup for FSQA supervisors as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based software.
• HACCP certification and/or Internal Auditor certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine in-plant audits of facility compliance to Perdue FSQA policies.
• Ensure certification programs (BRC, Process Verified, Organic, Gluten Free, GAP, etc.) are audited and documented; participate in external audits.
• Generate audit reports with deficiencies; obtain corrective action plans and verify completed items.
• Review and update plant programs for all certification bodies; update HACCP plans after reassessments.
• Utilize auditing software for instruments and corrective-action reporting; develop new audit instruments.
• Ensure regulatory/ certification documents are accurate and accessible; notify management of corrective actions when records are incomplete.
• Fill in for FSQA supervisors and the Manager when they are absent.
