Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and SAP for finance tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Code, input, audit, and track payroll time and attendance.
• Organize and monitor supply usage and vendor interactions.
• Prepare weekly cost analyses and ad hoc reports.
• Reconcile inventory cycle counts and perform variance analysis.
• Assist budget changes, BOMs, and routing data.
• Support plant finance leader with ledger accounts and expense coding.
