Job summary

Milliken & Company is seeking a Finance Analyst based in Spartanburg, SC to provide financial analysis, reporting, and project support across corporate Finance initiatives. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and business analysis principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to summarize data and communicate insights clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate Finance initiatives through financial analysis, data gathering, reporting, and project coordination.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, planning, and consolidation activities as needed.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, presentations, and analysis for leadership review.
• Partner with Finance team members to improve reporting processes, automate recurring activities, and strengthen data accuracy.
• Support digital finance tools and reporting platforms, including SAP, SAC, Power BI, Excel, or similar systems.
• Assist with ESG, operational, and enterprise data collection and analysis where Finance support is needed.
• Provide ad hoc financial support and complete other projects as assigned.
