Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Finance in manufacturing.
• Experience in large, complex manufacturing environments.
• Deep SCM and manufacturing process understanding beyond finance.
• Strong SAP FI/CO knowledge; experience with Tableau, Snowflake, KNIME, PowerBI and AI.
• Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Proven track record in building and directing teams.
• Impactful results in own area.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial activities and be responsible for plant profitability.
• Be part of the plant leadership team and the commercial partner to the Plant Manager.
• Define long-term strategic targets and drive short-term objectives.
• Support and drive accuracy of master data and value flow for standardization.
• Develop KPIs and collaborate cross-functionally to take corrective actions.
• Implement new systems and tools (e.g., SAP, MES) to meet financial needs.
• Actively manage inventory with cycle counts and coordinate with purchasing/logistics.
• Standardize and digitalize processes to create new KPIs or reporting.
• Design and monitor internal controls; coordinate with auditors.
• Recruit, manage, and develop team members.
