Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Finance Manager to serve as the senior finance partner for the plant, reporting to the Sr. Manager Finance, Operations.

You will own the plant's financial performance, develop the annual budget and monthly forecasts, and translate operational data into cost-saving actions. Based at the Butler, Indiana facility, you will lead daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on scrap, labor efficiency, and productivity, while ensuring strong internal controls with the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience within manufacturing, plant, or cost accounting.
• Experience leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting and financial analysis of manufacturing expenses, providing actionable insights to support cost control, operational efficiency, and profitability objectives.
• Develop, monitor, and report KPIs to measure operational and financial performance, enabling data-driven decision making.
• Create and develop the annual plant budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Evaluate and communicate periodic actual plant results vs budgets and forecasts, focusing on variance reporting and productivity metrics.
• Lead standard plant cost and overhead development, including plant cost structure.
• Manage monthly and year-end financial closing with review of key plant activity and costs.
• Partner with Inventory to assess financial impacts related to inventory management.
• Lead and develop Financial Analysts with plant leadership to reconcile production metrics.
• Coordinate with Outdoors team to ensure proper financial reporting and SOX controls.
