PAI Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Plant Finance Manager in Greenville, SC to lead plant-level cost accounting, month-end close, and inventory forecasting. You will partner with Operations and Supply Chain to optimize cost, yield, capital projects, and cash flow while ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing finance, strong Excel and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and a degree in accounting or finance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial analyst or accounting role, preferably in manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• Own plant-level cost accounting activities including standard cost maintenance, bill of materials, routing validation, and absorption accounting.
• Perform month-end close activities with production variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Lead inventory forecasting and supply chain finance activities, analyzing turns, DOH, and cash implications.
• Support planning, budgeting and forecasting with rolling production and absorption models and scenario analyses.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Engineering to translate production plans into financial insights.
