Job summary

Masco Support Services, supporting Delta Faucet, is seeking a Plant Accounting Manager to partner with plant leadership and headquarters in Troutman, NC. The role focuses on financial stewardship of the plant operations, cost control, and data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting (CMA/CPA preferred) with 5+ years in manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, Access, and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CMA/CPA preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word); SAP ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the implementation of all accounting policies and procedures to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Manage the month-end close process, including financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for labor, overhead, scrap, and capital with actionable variance analysis.
• Collaborate with operations to provide financial support for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor overhead spending, labor efficiency, and cost drivers to identify savings opportunities.
• Deliver timely, clear financial reports to plant management and headquarters.
• Coordinate cycle-count and inventory control programs in line with corporate standards.
