Job summary

Global Supplier is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of a large manufacturing facility south of Columbus, IN. The role partners with plant leadership to provide financial guidance, performance analysis, and strategic decision support while ensuring internal controls and compliance.

This high-impact position offers a base salary around $120,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits, with relocation assistance possible for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Experience leading and developing team members.
• ERP system experience and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Manufacturing finance experience preferred.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or other advanced certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Partner with plant leadership to analyze financial performance and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Monitor performance against budgets, forecasts, and goals.
• Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and reporting processes.
• Oversee inventory accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing cost reporting.
• Prepare and analyze plant financial statements and management reports.
• Support capital investment analysis and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and statutory reporting requirements.
• Manage local treasury and tax-related activities.
• Develop, mentor, and lead the finance and accounting team.
