Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Finance Manager/Plant Controller for the Fajardo site in Puerto Rico. The role partners with Operations to drive financial results, lead budgeting and forecasting, and ensure cost control and inventory management.

Responsibilities include month-end close, variance analysis, capital planning, and supporting audits. Requires manufacturing cost accounting expertise and ERP proficiency; on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment; 10+ years preferred.
• Strong cost accounting knowledge with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and internal controls.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary finance business partner for Operations and site leadership.
• Prepare annual budget and monthly forecast; coordinate standard cost updates.
• Support cost reduction objectives and capital request analysis.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory control, and month-end close reporting.
• Lead and develop one direct report with a culture of accountability.
• Assist with SOX and external audits; provide ad-hoc analytics.
