Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Plant Controller for its McMinnville, TN facility to oversee all financial activities, ensure compliant reporting, and partner with operations to drive cost efficiency. This on-site role requires expertise in manufacturing accounting, cost control, and multi-site coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years in accounting/finance, strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, and experience with ERP systems. Victaulic offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or cost accounting.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and manufacturing financial processes.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the plant.
• Lead the monthly close process for the plant with timelines aligned to corporate.
• Ensure reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and standardized practices across sites.
• Provide financial explanations for performance versus budget and forecasts.
• Maintain standard costs and job costing across materials, labor, and overhead.
• Monitor variances, scrap, rework, and yield across sites.
• Support inventory valuation, reserves, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
