Job summary

Dauch is seeking a Plant Finance Manager at our Wooster, OH facility to lead financial controls, reporting, and staff. You will drive cost optimization, capital investment planning, and ensure compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley in a manufacturing setting.

The role partners with internal auditors, tax examiners, and program teams to deliver timely, accurate financial insights that support plant goals and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Advanced degree or accounting certifications preferred.
• 5+ years progressive leadership experience in finance.
• Knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting.
• Experience with manufacturing finance concepts and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and administers financial control plans for the facility.
• Prepare and analyze reports summarizing income, expenses, and earnings.
• Lead internal and external audits and maintain internal controls.
• Oversee accounting staff and ensure accurate ledger and cost accounting.
• Ensure inventory records and manufacturing costs are accurate and compliant.
