Job summary

Autoneum in Ohio seeks an experienced finance professional to partner with plant management to improve financial performance through accounting, reporting, analysis, and planning. Responsibilities include supporting monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, inventory and cost accounting, standard costing, and maintaining accurate financial reporting.

You will use SAP FI/CO, HFM, and ERP/GL systems to deliver reliable information for cost control and strategic decision-making across two sites, while

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent from an accredited college or technical school preferred.
• Three or more years of financial planning experience.
• Three or more years of standard cost accounting experience.
• Three or more years of management reporting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant management to improve financial performance through accounting, reporting, analysis, and financial planning activities.
• Support monthly close (SAP), budgeting, forecasting, inventory accounting, and cost accounting processes with standard costing systems.
• Develop and maintain a cost analysis system using standard costing and monthly variances.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Analyze plant financial results and explain production, labor, material, and overhead variances compared to budget and forecast.
• Support annual budgets (HFM) and monthly forecast processes.
