Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting or Finance is required.
• MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• 5-10 years of business/finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical ability, business judgment, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and plan by leading forecasting, planning, and project analysis with the GM and Executive Team.
• Assist with monthly close and preparation of financial reports to Corporate and Division.
• Prepare and update forecast files and support external reporting processes for accuracy and disclosure.
• Analyze capital expenditures and other major investments for management decisions and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with plant management to identify risks and alternatives and support operational decisions.
