Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Plant Controller for the Aiken Nonwoven Plant to provide financial leadership, maintain SOX-compliant controls, and partner with the Plant Leader and regional Finance Leader on planning, reporting, and profitability.

This hands-on role requires both detailed task execution and strategic oversight, directing a small finance team while advancing productivity and capital efficiency within the plant and across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L/balance sheet understanding.
• Experience in manufacturing cost principles and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage monthly close and financial reporting.
• Ensure SOX/compliance and data integrity across plant controls.
• Develop and coach finance team members and cross-functional partners.
• Drive profitability and capital efficiency through TPM-aligned actions.
