Job summary

You will translate operations into actionable financial insights, lead planning and forecasting, and drive continuous improvement across procurement, inventory, and site security while fostering accountability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or relevant discipline.
• 2-5 years operating in a range of economic conditions.
• Experience in manufacturing with operations planning, savings, forecasting and investment analysis.
• Understanding of P&L and balance sheet dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan and monthly forecasting.
• Oversee monthly close activities, inventory valuation, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Provide actionable business insights to support staffing, production planning, procurement decisions, and customer commitments.
• Build and maintain KPI scorecards that connect safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost to financial outcomes.
