Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting from a four-year college.
• 5+ years of hands-on finance/manufacturing experience.
• Experience in the medical device industry is desirable.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cost structures and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees financial reporting, accounting, and controls at the site.
• Monitors daily financial activity and reports on short/long-term goals.
• Leads and improves the finance function at the site.
• Performs in-depth analyses of manufacturing variances.
• Prepares P&L, costs, and analytics for management.
• Creates ERP-based reports using Excel for data visualization.
• Manages inventory assessments and audits.
• Collaborates on budgeting and strategic/tactical planning.
