Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years in manufacturing finance or cost accounting.
• Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory accounting.
• Proficiency with JD Edwards, One Max, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate insights to plant leadership.
• Effective communicator and collaborator at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze plant financial reports; assist with month-end close.
• Manage accounts payable processing and approvals to ensure timely payments.
• Oversee inventory controls for raw materials, WIP, and finished envelopes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Analyze production metrics, labor utilization, scrap, and efficiency trends.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
• Support JD Edwards/One Max reporting and data integrity.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen financial workflows.
