Job summary

CapstoneONE Search is seeking a Plant Controller to lead financial operations at a manufacturing facility in New Haven, CT. This key position will report to the General Manager and play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related finance, accounting, or controllership experience.
• Minimum 4 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX/internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant finance function and partner with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting requirements.
• Drive budgeting and financial analysis for facility.
• Identify levers to improve profitability and productivity.
• Support capital appropriation requests and business cases.
• Supervise and develop finance team members.
