Job summary

Graphic Packaging International seeks a Plant Controller to provide financial leadership for the Americas Packaging Division. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in accounting/finance and 3–4 years in manufacturing, delivering accurate and timely financial reporting.

You will partner with site leadership, manage monthly close, forecasts, and budgets, and support CI initiatives to drive superior business results.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or business field required.
• 5–7 years in Accounting/Finance with 3–4 years in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office.
• ERP experience; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant management and serve as a Site Leadership team member.
• Review month end results, P&L and balance sheet with variance analysis.
• Oversee monthly close, forecasts, and annual operating plans.
• Provide analytical support including customer profitability analysis.
• Lead SOX compliance and CI initiatives; support capital spending decisions.
